Pre-Qualification &
Registration of Firms
Applications are invited for Pre-Qualification
and Registration of firms in the following Categories:
A) Chemicals & Glassware
B)
Scientific Equipment & Machinery
C)
Stationery
D)
Office
Equipments (Computers, Photocopier, Fax, Copy Printer &
Accessories etc.)
E)
Repair,
Maintenance & Services of Office Equipments, Scientific
Equipments etc.
F)
General
Order Supplier (All other items except A,B,C,D,E above)
Sr.
# Documents Required:
1. Copy of CNIC of owner with
complete address, phone number, mobile
number,
Email and Website.
2.
Copy of NTN
certificate.
3. Copy
of Sales Tax Registration.
4. Bank
Statement of the firm from 1.7.2006 to 31.12.2006.
5. Copy
of Income Tax Return & Assessment order for Tax year, 2006.
6. Copies
of Sales Tax Returns for the period 1.1.2006 to 31.12.2006.
7. Proof
of payment of Professional Tax.
8. Proof
of Registration with other Organizations.
9. Proof
of Volume of work carried out with in Tax year, 2006.
10.
Strength of the
staff employed.
11.
Proof of Dealer
ship/sole Proprietor ship with Foreign/Multinational firms.
12.
An affidavit that
firm is not black listed by any Government Authority and not
involved in the litigation with any Government/Autonomous body.
13. The
firms should submit non-refundable CDR of Rs.2000/- in favour of
Stores Officer as registration fee for each category separately.
For
Cities other than Faisalabad, please add
Rs.200/- in CDR of Rs.2000/-.
The firms
already registered with the University should submit Renewal Fee up till the
following closing date.
The applications complete in all
respect should reach in the Central Stores Department, UAF, up to 28
February 2007 during office hours. Incomplete applications will not be
entertained. The University Authorities reserve the right to accept or
reject any firm without assigning any reason.
