Research Intersts:  The share of textile sector in total exports of Pakistan is more than 60% and the Spinning Sector is the most important segment in the of textile production chain. The high costs of raw material and the lack of research and development activities in textile sector offer major hurdles in the development of the textile industry. Improving or enhancing the quality of the existing machinery and utilizing the true potential of the raw material by introducing new technology can be very useful for increasing the industrial growth of a country. My research interests include the optimization of existing processes and development of new processes for the improvement of Textile Industry. Furthermore, the other major area of interest for my research activates is the modern field of Technical Textiles.
