Research Intersts:  processing and storage of agricultural products (vegetable crops especially mushrooms). His research interests focus on nutritional and biochemical profiling, diversity, varietal characterization, optimization of composting technology, harvesting and handling techniques, value added product development of wild grown, cultivated, local and exotic commercial, edible, medicinal and specialty mushrooms.
