This department is known as a department of Social Sciences and Humanities. The Department is situated in the old campus in the premises of Faculty of Sciences. This Department is one of the Department of this Faculty.

1. Guided study of prescribed textbook and introductory exercises in rapid reading, comprehension and summarization of passages pertinent to Agricultural and related sciences, practical applications of principles of English grammar and usage remedial exercises in essay writing on topics of social and scientific importance
2. English Spoken Course started in this department under the supervision of Dean, Faculty of Sciences and the Incharge of this course is Mr. Bahadur Ali Lecturer in English of this Department
3. Teaching of Pakistan Studies which is the basis for the establishment of Pakistan
