Inter-faculty Sport Gala has been opened at UAF. UAF Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Iqrar Ahmad Khan declared the sports gala open and witnessed the march-past by the sportsmen of the University. Inaugural Tug of War match was played between Faculty of Agriculture and Faculty of Agri. Engineering & Technology which was won by the later faculty. Faculty of Veterinary Science defeated Faculty of Agriculture in kabaddi match. Female sportsmen of Faculty of Sciences defeated Faculty of Veterinary Science in Table Tennis and Badminton competition. A large number of university students witnessed the various sports competitions on first day. Students are participating in Cricket, Food Ball, Hockey, Badminton, Table Tennis, Tug of War, Kabaddi, Basketball, Volleyball, and Handball with exuberant sportsmen spirit.
