Research Intersts:  Research on Bioactive peptides/ protein including antioxidant, antimicrobial peptides is a fast growing scientific field, due to the development of development of (seems to be) unbreakable wall of resistant in the microbes against the antibiotics. I am among the warriors against this wall searching the weapon from the natural source. My group also develops many of the assays related to different metabiolobically important enzymes from animal and plant source, We have very good expertise and set up in the field of protein purification and characterization. Currently, we also started working on bacterioncins procudtion from LAB as natural preservative and functional food component. We has very good collaboration with different research groups not only within university but also others national and international groups.
